Freedom of movement 'will end' says the government

Brexit: Freedom of movement 'will end' says the government - BBC News

In a no-deal scenario, those EU citizens with the right to permanent residence in the UK - which is granted after they have lived in the UK for five years - should not see their rights affected.

I doubt many EU citizens want to come here anymore anyway. They know they're not welcome and the pound is shyte.

The "movement" has probably virtually stopped without removing the "freedom".

      UK needs a Worldexit.

75% of migrant workers in the UK come from outside the EU.

Given that the government has given EU citizens that are currently in the U.K. until the end of June 2021 to apply for settled status, how enforceable do you think ending it on 31st October will be?

Have you seen the 80 page application form? They're going to need until the 2021 just to fill it out.

Don't worry, Brexiters now have something else to moan about: NHS recruits 4,000 Asian nurses to take the places of EU nationals who left due to Brexit | Daily Mail Online

Bloody foreigners coming over here, replacing foreigners...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

Which is why Brexit was never about immigration. It was about political power in the hands of those who opted not to subject themselves to any form of democracy as we understand it. Venezuela just had a more democratic process than the EU (in that they at least had 2 candidates - the election was equally bent though).

Some of us understand it. Try harder.

                    Michael Gove.

But we didn’t get to choose him or Boris. The unelected elites forced their choice on us.
