So i suppose that clears that up then.

The average IQ will always be 100...

      The Definition of the IQ

Misconception: The IQ is a direct measure of brain performance. For example, somebody with an IQ of 120 can do 20% more mental work in the same amount of time than somebody with an IQ of 100.

In truth the IQ is a purely statistical measure. It has no direct relation to brain performance, is not proportional to it, and doesn't even have any linear or otherwise straightforward relation to it. The only thing you can say is that somebody with a higher IQ will show higher scores on most other brain performance tests as well, but the IQ doesn't say how much higher.

Which is why SASGURU couldn't answer the question, he's too dense to realise the answer.

        Oh well.

I doubt anyone thinks that. It's certainly not linear. Someone with an IQ of 120 can do conceptual work that someone with an IQ of 100 (average) cannot do at all. And someone with an IQ of 140 can handle concepts that someone with an IQ of 120 will never be able to grasp.
Most studies show a strong correlation between IQ and professional career achievement.
The point is that anyone with an IQ of less than 100, which is half the population, is almost certainly unlikely to understand the complexities and consequences of Brexit.

I don't think you should be calling anyone dense.
