We will under no circumstances have checks at or near the border in NI
Although to be frank he can't make the same promise on part of the EU. So as expected it will be the EU fault if they introduce border checks in the event of no-deal Brexit... -

He doesn't want to take reponsibility for Brexit, which he supported (political suicide when it all goes tits-up).
I'm guessing he's going to resign before October 31stHard Brexit now!
