Inequality has been growing since the last depression. Brexit will accelerate that.

There are many people (e.g. those using food banks) who deserve better.

Apparently, when the results were know, Theresa May burst into tears, exclaiming that this would hurt the most those who'd voted for it.
Down with racism. Long live miscegenation!

The playbook is to blame someone else (foreigners, immigrants, Jews, Muslims, intellectuals or some such) and then use that as an excuse to crack down on rights and freedoms. The 'stupids' didn't realise they'd been had in Germany until late 1944. But the Daily Mail can still play its historic role in the early to middle stages.

The country voted for Brexit. The country voted for the Tories. Tories have been the Government in more years since the last depression than any other.

If there are people that deserve better, they should have fellow citizens that vote for better.

Similar to what I have seen in Pittsburgh this week. A lot of people voted for Trump and still would vote for him but when you ask what he has done for them, they're stumped. In fact they actually know that things are worse in their community and can even point them out but because populist slogans are more effective than actual policies, these type of politicians will continue to get the votes of the masses
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

What a load of carp spouted on this thread, it's all doom tha's knows. But at least we're not setting up the Gulags to accommodate the purged that Corbyn would have had Instead of the downward spiral you're all so keen to promote we now have a chance to rise and flourish If you want to wallow in the EU morass then go for it but some of us are heading for the new pastures of independence away from the so called elite that has the EU by the bollocks

Now you'll just be ruled by the so called elite that has the UK by the bollocks, good luck with that...

Have you not flourished so far? By what mechanism do you expect things to get better? Would like a bit of detail please.
