Watch Spain get Gibraltar and Ireland re-unify now too.

There is no problem with currency. No country that has left the empire had to worry about which currency to use. We can use any internationally traded currency or start our own. Our banks already issue their own bank notes and plans are underway to open a central bank and re-open the Scottish Stock Exchange.
Not if you want to join the EU. You have to accept the Euro, at the rate of their choosing. Which will be set to avoid any bailout, so you'll be screwed over from day 1. Taxes will probably have to rise mahoosively as well, so any business wishing to hop over the border to stay in the EU might have to think twice.
Plus, if the EU thinks the English are a chippy bunch of bastards, wait till they meet the SNP...

Why would this be a factor - either they want them as members or they do not?

So, "no"; you have no idea why the EU would want Scotland as a member. Fair enough, I'm glad that we've established that your position is based on wishful thinking / pixie dust / unicorns.

No we don't. We run a balanced budget.

The 'deficit' is allocated by Westminster spending on things we don't want or need such as Trident and HS2.

                No we don't.

Claim an independent Scotland would need to join the euro is Mostly False

Of course they would want us. We are one of the richest small countries in Europe. We were already EU citizens until we were dragged out and we are currently aligned with all EU rules.

You'd need independence first, see where I'm going on this? Yep, that's right, you need permission. Wee Kranky hasn't got the balls physically or metaphorically to go against Boris Johnson.

You should also remember this, not all Scots want to leave the UK.

Would Scotland still be as rich without the Barnet formula giving them cash that's disproportionate to their tax take? Or did that get scrapped and Westminster just gives them cash on top of their tax revenue as it isn't quite enough to meet all the public spending that doesn't seem to extend to fixing pot holes.
