First £350M has been transferred to the NHS

As we're one week out today, I suppose the NHS has received this by now?

    Or not?

We're still paying the EU as we're in the transition period.

You should also remember that nowhere was the figure of £350m increase for the NHS mentioned.

    Hth.

"We send the EU £350m a week. Let's fund the NHS instead"

They didn't explicitly say "Let's give the NHS the £350m a week we send to the EU" but it's pointless semantics. The clear implication of the "instead" is that if we leave we can stop paying this (imaginary) £350m a week to Brussels and spend it on the NHS.

But let's assume they didn't really mean they'd spend the money on the NHS. They flat-out claimed we'd save ourselves £350m a week if we leave so, to modify OP's question slightly, where have we spent our first week's £350m extra cash?

You might want to look at Johnson's travel expenses during his first 3 months as PM for starters...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

The increase in NHS spending was not and is not dependent on leaving the EU - You might want to read this.

Since it’s clear that the Leavers say it wasn’t promised at all, does that mean the line underneath it is also not going to happen?
No extra funding for NHS based on a gross one way figure to Europe, and no taking back of control.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

If they did something like this as part of something as small as an IPO then it would be fraud
