What we really need right now...

Is £350million a week extra for the NHS and 40 new hospitals.
But no one ever put that in their manifestos etc, so it won’t be happening.

Nice to see that countries in the EU didn’t need to take back control of their borders, cause they always had control.
…Maybe we ain’t that young anymore

Interesting one of our developers is stuck in Spain.

They are that in control of their borders they have the military touring the streets enforcing the lock down....

I guess that will be because they have full control over their borders...

    or something.

Are the streets the borders? I doubt every street you are seeing is a border.

So lets face it - any old Tom, Dick or Harry can just wonder into Spain on an EU passport....

So maybe their borders are not as locked down as they would like?

        Possibly?

No. They can't. Because the borders are closed. (Well, not actually closed, but there are now border controls and travel across borders is being restricted).

You're making even less sense than usual. Are you ill, hungover or drunk?

Do you think they have got all 623 kilometres covered?

As I am neither hungover or drunk I must therefore be ill in the absence of any more choices.

Has it impacted Toblerone production yet?

At least you accept that it was another Brexit lie you fell for about us taking back control of our borders. We always had control.

Can you twist and deflect any further?

                :sigh:

We have been here before - the reason the EU allows free movement is because they cannot stop it - there is simply to much mileage of land borders between EU countries to effectively allow 100% border control.

But anyway lets get back to Toblerone production - has it been affected?

Not drunk, not ill, not hungover. Just egregiously ignorant. So much wrong with what you said, that there's only one rational response:

But, mirth aside, you are now maintaining that Britain has control over its borders due to being surrounded by sea*, and so confirming that the "take back control of our borders" rallying cry was so much horse-feathers. Actually, that's cause for another

Please, keep 'em coming. In these days we need all the laughs we can get.

                  * Which was the case before Brexit. Or didn't you notice.

                    What about before Schengen?
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
