    We know that but what it does show is that the agreement was too rushed and obviously not checked by the relevant experts. What other monumental cockups are there in it which will come back to haunt both sides, and remember, its a legally binding document?
    Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

      I think alignment with previous EU law (which is what it appears to be on the face of it) is 100% the best option, both in terms of change and time constraints.

      This isn't a monumental cockup, it's status quo.

      Had we remained, this would have still been the requirements in terms of security for sharing DNA data.
