You can ONLY opt out of the Conduct Regs, you cannot opt out of the AWR, you are either in or out and if it is not obvious or you argue one way or the other, an employment tribunal cand decide for you.
If you opt out of every contract (where there is an agent), you have to sign a form, if you go back to some of them and read them, you will see that they refer only to Conduct Regs.
If you work direct, the Conduct Regs are irrelevant.Comment

The AWR was as the heart of my dispute with previous Clientco. They tried (and failed) to enforce AWR.

Back of the subject of Alexander Mann.
I contracted through them a couple of years ago and the payment terms were odd. From recollection my invoices were paid every 2 weeks, assuming they were signed off in time, but there was an initial 'bedding in' period before this cycle kicked in. May well have been 30 days, but once done, it was every 2 weeks.Comment

We pay everything that becomes due over the Christmas break before we leave on Christmas Eve.
Running SAP and an automated timesheet system its actually not difficult.Comment
