How do you get the working conditions/practices you want?

how on earth do you manage to get them to agree to the working practices you require (when you are a LTD and providing a service to the client).

It's not always easy. I've seen some people get really arsey about minor things and it really pisses the client off. Sometimes clients get really arsey about contractors and create petty rules though I suppose that goes towards your IR35 defence.

Just do the best you can, try and keep a professional front with the client and make sure you have got good insurance against an investigation.....
