How do you get the working conditions/practices you want?

    It's not always easy. I've seen some people get really arsey about minor things and it really pisses the client off. Sometimes clients get really arsey about contractors and create petty rules though I suppose that goes towards your IR35 defence.

    Just do the best you can, try and keep a professional front with the client and make sure you have got good insurance against an investigation.....
