This is what they expect. I keep a Google drive directory with scans for all this crap. Two ways to go, send them loads of e-mails or share the directory with the info.
They don't have a right to this information, they also will fail your vet 100% and you can contract somewhere else. This is being driven by the regulators and they will not bypass this.
