    I'd never hire someone who wears the shirt collar outside the sweater, unless I was hiring a gardener.

    He looks fine. Much more presentable then lots of young coders these days.

    But ya he has a tough hill to climb, btech with an mba from India neither at schools that mean anything doesn't get much more common than that. Really hard to stand out.
