For English speaking contractors jobserve is probably the best place to look, otherwise you will need a CV written in Spanish, French or German.A lot of contracts do require the local lingo.

What's the point of it all, given we may BREXIT.
You will have to go through a visa regime after BREXIT is implemented. Also, contracting is not a possibility with visa based immigration. You will need to find full time jobs there.

I see the EU referendum going the same way as the Scottish referendum a couple of years ago.
