    LBG Bristol

I've a chance of a contract at LBG Bristol. Anyone there at the moment or been there recently? Any highs or lows to be wary of?

    Cheers

Unless you live in Bristol it takes years to get there and back.

And if you do it takes hours to get there and back...

"Bristol public transport" is an oxymoron, and the council hate cars. Stay on the edges and buy a pushbike.

Well, it's walking distance from my gaff so getting there isn't an issue.

I was thinking more about anything to be aware of once inside the building.

Yes, exactly that sort of thing. Exactly that.

Seems to be impossible to get a meeting room down there. Every time I go down we use a supplier's office.

Onboarding process takes ages, mine just short of a month but a friend's took over 2! You'll be in just in time for your Christmas leave which I believe starts on the 12th.

Worked for LBG in Bristol for 20+ years (as a perm).

Left in July, what do you want to know? Which Business / IT area are you up for?

                    PM me if you like.
