If earning £375 p/d any idea what that approximately translates into on a perm salary? I know there's no hard and fast calculation but keen to get an idea

Taking your contract rate as a starting point is a bad idea anyway. You should start with a high market rate salary and negotiate to an acceptable compromise.Blog? What blog...?Comment
