    DSTL

Quick request: pjclarke jr has an interview for a Uni placement year with DSTL. Anyone have any experience with this outfit, good, bad or indifferent, that you can share without breaching the Official Secrets Act
My subconscious is annoying. It's got a mind of its own.

Excellent by all accounts, nice people, interesting work, but low pay.

I can second this. I haven't worked for DSTL but I did used to work for QinetiQ (and DERA before this). DERA split into QinetiQ and DSTL. Probably very interesting work, very smart (but commercially inept - or they were in my day) people and low pay.

I'd agree with the above. I contracted there for quite a while 10+ years ago. Nice enough bunch, potentially interesting work but typical PS - Don't Start Til Later/Lunch/Lent* (*delete as appropriate).
