Not if YourCo has no "place of management" in Belgium.

As usual on this subject, you have got hold of the wrong end of the stick and started beating about the bush with it.

It has a place of management if there is a senior executive or manager (almost certainly the only one in the company) is working in Belgium.

Invention. It is a place of management if it is a workplace or a residence.

              WTF are you on about?

It was clarified to you what the tax regulations mean.

I'm conflicted as to whether to believe Sue at IPAYE or a certifiable cretin. Can anyone advice with this quandary?

                  We must be kind.

There are two occasions when you must be pleasant to those as thick as mince. After they die or around Christmas.

                    Simple english :
                    1. (Your post was) Invention.
                    2. (in Belgium the law is that in order to be) a place of management (it has to be) a workplace or a residence. Your "clarification" is the usual deceptive nonsense that your business interests at IPAYE Umbrella would seem to require you to make.

Yes, if you read the appropriate tax law which has been posted here many times (specifically in Nodric's famous and extensive Belgium thead) then you will know what is correct and therefore who to believe. You will also know who is the "certifiable cretin" but I am not dropping any hints here, unlike yourself who has many infractions recorded against you for similar insults.

This adds little to the discussion ?

Boo unlike you the rest of us knows the various meanings of "residence". Unfortunately when dealing with tax officials claiming it means just your home doesn't work.
