I'll call regardless for a review of my contract but just wondered if anyone knows on here if this claim is true and their default contract is a QDos approved template, or if this is jus patter!

I know that the schedule of work could have wording that very easily causes the contract to fail but I am intrigued by the idea that agents bother to get their templates verified.

I would take that into account for roles that are on with multiple agents going forward

Which is quite amusing what with Hays being one of the biggest players with a historically unfriendly contract. I believe they've improved it now though.
