    So you want to place contractors then sit back and earn money off their endeavours. Unfortunately none of them will enter a partnership with you: you, the lone wolf in the sheep factory!

    For the life of me I can't figure out why no-one will enter a JV with you.

      Many years ago I was a mature uni student and to support myself I did care work. On one of the assignment, the client ask me to work directly for him. By accident, he left the paperwork in the kitchen. I was shocked to see that the agency was charging 3 times what they paid me. One phone call and I was doing all the work.

      When I realise how much the middle man profits (the consultancy or agency or whoever) I can see it's a gold mine. It's a money printing machine. I see no reason why not give it a go and get a slice of the cake
