      You've heard of email and the phone? That's what most accountants use to contact people now (and have for the past 10+ years). No need to meet them in person.

      Oh and read the links on the RHS.

        Email? phone? sorry never heard of those things .

        I have sat down with the accountant i find it easier and more personable
