Look at the process and timing and figure it out.
I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it. I am not an IPSE Member, since they have no longer have any relevance to me, as an IT Contractor. Read my lips...I recommend QDOS for ALL your Insurance requirements (Contact me for a referral code).

So not the last three CCs then... of which you were a part.

They are getting things badly wrong in some areas, but there are underlying reasons. However they were elected by a robust process so it's a bit unfair to claim the are self-serving

The process was about as robust as 700 people out of between 17000-20000 members voting for the equivalent of Brexit.

Apathy ensured and a lack of transparency saw to that.

        Quick exit...

That's a 3.5% turnout. About par for any similar organisation. But I'm not arguing about that, I was arguing that you can't blame the BoD if you elected them.

But it's done now. No point blaming anyone for anything.

You can also subscribe to Quidco and or Topcashback and have exactly the same and more rewards for free (and often better)

You can double up though. Using the perkbox vouchers doesn't stop you getting your cashback. I haven't seen 4% at Tesco on any of the cashback sites. The Amazon one was nice when it was there too, but it seems to have disappeared now.

My IPSE journey has come to and end.

For what it's worth, the only USP now is the £5000 Life Cover. When it was a trade organisation, it represented Contractors. Now it represents the BoD and those with a personal interest, trying to eke out income from a membership body, who has zero say in how organisation is run, and how their money is wasted.
