The process was about as robust as 700 people out of between 17000-20000 members voting for the equivalent of Brexit.
Apathy ensured and a lack of transparency saw to that.

That's a 3.5% turnout. About par for any similar organisation. But I'm not arguing about that, I was arguing that you can't blame the BoD if you elected them.

My IPSE journey has come to and end.
For what it's worth, the only USP now is the £5000 Life Cover. When it was a trade organisation, it represented Contractors. Now it represents the BoD and those with a personal interest, trying to eke out income from a membership body, who has zero say in how organisation is run, and how their money is wasted.I was an IPSE Consultative Council Member, until the BoD abolished it.
