New contract - non competency clause

    This particular clause is non compete for this specific client (so that I won't go alone for example, or hire other people through me for this client).

        Ok this is really bugging me now.

        It's a non-compete clause.

        There is no such thing as a non-competency clause although I suspect in this case there ought to be.
