    LinkedIn recommendations

I finished a decent chunk of work earlier this year, and I promised a few members of my team that I would do LinkedIn recommendations for them.

Belatedly, I have got round to looking for their request to do the recommendations, but can't find the requests.

Are inbound recommendation requests kept somewhere 'secret'? I'm buggered if I can find them now!

    TIA.

I think you can just do a recommendation without needing an invite.

On the app, you go to their profile, select More and then Recommend.

      Or, what NLUK said

Understand why you said that, thanks, but I'm still in touch with them, so not really.

That's one option if the gig was utter sh1te.

If you had a good gig though, can't hurt to flatter a few egos. Could lead to future work.

Might be true if he'd done it at the time.

Maybe one was Mary Poppins and he needed to lie low for a bit?

In fact I have already had more work through one of the guys, and a lead come in from another one, so I'm feeling a bit guilty now...

It is never too late to do a review so get on it!

Two positive things from leaving recommendations:

                  - It helps someone else
                  - It gets your name as someone also people with roles might be interested in
                  Apparently you can’t follow anyone

Sounds like you've just been efficient.
