Contract ended - agency not paying me

I spoke to a debt recovery agency and they said I am pretty much screwed for the money unless the company pays the agency. They said I just need to play the waiting game and see what happens. This is because the agency have covered themselves in the contract. I haven't spoken to an actual solicitor yet though so may hold off for a few weeks and see if any money has been paid in.Comment
