    IR35 and mid term contract

    Hi All

I have read a number of IR35 related posts and I need advice. I have been with my client for 1 year and my contract is till end of Feb. They are a large client and are currently going through assessments, but the general feel is that they will take the easy way out and deem everyone inside to avoid the headache. Was that to happen and I stayed on with the client, would I open myself up to potential backdated IR35 investigation even though I have only worked there for one year?

    Thank you for any input.

You need to look in the right area of the forum though.

Your Client won’t deem anyone inside or outside they will declare they will no longer use contractors via limited companies

But you will be welcome back via umbrella within PAYE
