    Have you spoken to Sue at ipaye or at least visited the website...

    Working abroad is complex you need proper advice before doing so (personally I don't bother as it isn't worth the hassle).

      In Berlin you (may) need to look at ANU which is pretty similar to IR35 (and just as bad a piece of legislation):
