    I heard the opposite LAfosse declared all contractors outside (at least for my current client)
    The client themselves say they have not made a decision yet

      Everyone feel free to jump in!
      They deal with marketing though - and that is a different sector to IT with managers who are very good at discussing lattes not so good at making complex legal decisions.
