    What's going on?

So it seems I'm being absolutely bombarded and inundated by dozens and dozens of different recruiters for a role at WIPRO. Mostly random-no-name jobbies operating out of Bangalore it seems. Just the sheer number of them and it's been going on for weeks now. I've never seen anything like it.

Any idea or speculation what's going on behind the scenes here? It's as if someone dropped a fillet bone steak straight from miller and carter into a tank of piranhas.

To be honest, if anything it's a put off with wanting to have anything to do with WIPRO. It's just distinctly fishy, why an earth would an end user need to do this to fill a role. Makes you wonder...

Yes they need to prove they can’t get onshore resource so will yank your chain interviewing you and sending you lists of questions - then after a Skype interview you will fail as you don’t have an obscure skill (not needed by end client) - then they have a tidy pack to prove to visa centre if asked

Also probably have a shedload of seats to fill as the outside IR35 contractors up and leave the end client.
