You can open a business Euro account with Cater Allen or Starling if you want to handle the exchange rate conversion later. As long as you aren't outside the UK for longer than 180 days, you're a resident in the UK for tax purposes.
    It’s outside the scope of UK VAT, NOT zero rated.
