Judging by the psychotic job advert, Glassdoor reviews (not the obvious fake ones) and the tulip money and tulip website they appear to be the web dev shop equivalent of a sweat shop, exploiting naive junior level applicants with tulip work, long hours and tulip wages.

They probably fire people at the drop of a hat and have high staff turnover. It’s easy to just point and laugh at the funny job spec but really this kind of tulip is exploitative and they are based here in my own home town.

I’m not exactly overflowing with work right now, I’m almost tempted to try and get a job there to see how bad it is from the inside.

Just had a look through the files accounts. No P&L so hard to determine exactly how much they turnover but if the cash in bank and debtors is anything to go by, it’s not very high.

I was tempted to apply for laughs. But in all seriousness this is very exploitative and damaging if a naive junior developer was to end up here.
