I was tempted to apply for laughs. But in all seriousness this is very exploitative and damaging if a naive junior developer was to end up here.

I like: apply elsewhere if you are negative.

That stuff about office hours tells you everything you need to know about how nice a place it is to work

Bet its being run by a right a-hole

Don't they all look so cheery - probably suffering from chronic back ache with those chairs:

Apply Somewhere Else If You Are

            Lazy
            Negative
            Hard to manage
            Difficult to work with
            Annoying
            Lack drive or ambition
            Late
            Leave early
            A clock watcher
            Constantly checking your mobile
Doing things you should not be doing during working hours
            Messy
            Scruffy
            Poor office etiquette
Someone's summarised my contracting personal brand there, what the hell

If that's how they all work it must be soul destroying. All facing a wall 8 hours solid a day. I assume they have to request a toilet break from someone sat behind them.

I'm not sure that lad in the cream meets all the hiring criteria either.. He needs to watch himself me thinks.

Just found something positive about them.....

It appears they do allow a glass of free water twice a day.... unless you are late.

Nobody mentioned this very important benefit.

5 Year Milestone: Letter from the CEO

                What more you want eh?

They may have passion and professionalism but they can't proof read a tweet

Just because they have a glass of water on the desk, that doesn't mean it's free. That person may have brought in their own glass and water.
