    0203 is a standard landline number.
    They run out of 0207 and 0208 so I wouldn't judge on this bases. Plenty of legit businesses have it.

      No the accents are different and so is the English. Their accents and English are completely different to anyone who has been in the UK for more than 6 months.

        0203 is used a lot by the Indian agencies as the VoIP numbers that are being sold mostly start with this. My previous contract was with a telecoms provider who did exactly that, sell London based VoIP numbers to mostly Indian companies and 90% of them started with 0203
