    Contract amendment/variation

Is anyone able to point me in the right direction for a template, or even how to write a contract variation/amendment? I've agreed with the current client an additional deliverable.

I've done the whole CUK Forum Google search thing and tried the IPSE Members resources but didn't have any luck.

You can add a schedule to the existing contract, or write up a statement of work. I suspect there isn't a template because there doesn't need to be one.

Just make sure the changes are captured in a format that you and the client are willing to put a signature to.

I've also had new contracts issued in the past with a new SOW to cover the new deliverable. You can have it running in parallel to your current one, but some clients will definitely refuse that as "writing" a new contract is too much work.
