    Saw this on a spec:

    "IR35 Status: N/A up until 05/04/2021, from 06/04/2021 onwards the role will be Inside"

    so basically inside all along then?

      Yes. Inside all along.

      Now picture a very high percentage of roles that are exactly the same, in substance, but didn't make the same stupid gaff in the advert. Because that's what's coming.
