    Opting in and non-residence

Is there any relevance either way to not being resident/tax-resident in the UK from the point of view of opting in or not? Ordinarily I'd be inclined to opt in to benefit from a theoretically shorter handcuff period and the timesheet payment issue, but grateful for any views.

What are you talking about - you seem to have got the opt out of agency regulations and tax confused.

Fair enough. Let me rephrase. Is there anything to consider if one is not resident/tax-resident in relation to not opting out?
