The one thing you need to worry about is how and when you intend to pay the contractors. If the agreement is to do it when you have been paid yourself then fine as long as the contractors understand that.Comment

I don't understand something here ... Why should the OP's arrangement make him an agency. Can't (s)he arrange the affairs like a Software House will do?
