                That is clear for an employee, if a Director is keeping a company going I wonder what "providing services" really means... let's hope IPSE provide some clarity.

                Hi <name deleted>. We had it confirmed in our discussions that continuing with the statutory responsibilities of a Director will not count against being furloughed as an employee. If your not working, then you can be furloughed and claim the assistance.
                But the caveats in this article may still apply?

                If so, most PSCs do not have an employee contract, so to create a contract now might be considered fraud?

                  Obviously. Most PSCs pay under the National Minimum Wage so by doing so you'll also have been breaking the law paying under NMW as well as fraud.

                  But I'm sure some eejit will come asking how to do it.
