    Do you have a contract of employment and yourself minimum wage as the law says you must? His role is a director of a LTD not an employee.

    It was a tongue in cheek comment that I can see is causing more confusion so wasn't helpful but you aren't legally an employee of your LTD but you can claim for being out of work through the scheme. The term employee in the name of the scheme is the grey area.
