    Business grants

I know you need to have business premises to claim this.

I assume that a home office doesn't count.
But if I had a garden office, and rented it to my LTD. would that count for the grant?

Purely academic question really as I don't have a garden office. But it got me thinking.

I believe its based on paying business rates - unlikely to do that for a garden office.

It's still not a business premises. It's residential.
