NATO warns Turkey it can't count on support in a conflict with Russia as tensions escalate
      • European diplomats warned that Ankara cannot invoke Article 5
      • Germany says that NATO cannot 'pay the price for a war started by Turks'

Yes, very good play indeed - tell Putin in advance that a NATO member can't rely on defense article 5 of NATO, which was the main deterrent of attack in the first place.

Considering that it's not Turkish airplanes bombing targets near Russian border one needs to be pretty dumb to give Putin good reasons to break up NATO like this.

The only good news is that Erdogan got balls that nobody in the other NATO members have - he also got very large well trained army _and_ US nukes stored on its territory.

No, however attack on or near nukes with close proxity of ISIS and other assorted terrorists would be a bit of a boggle even for Obama to ignore...

The 400,000 Turkish soldiers next door to ISIS are doing what exactly ? Kick 'em out of NATO tomorrow.

ISIS - Islamic State of Iraq and Syria

They are not next door, they are in respective sovereign states, one of which is full of Iranian troops and Russian airforce - neither of them want Turkey in, with NATO saying that if Turkey "provokes" them then no mutual defense will work.

But Turkey buys ISIS oil, allows ISIS fighters to cross Syria, and supplies arms to ISIS all whilst trying to turn Turkey away from democracy, they are hardly impartial and not a friend of Nato

Their policy with the west is Taqiya
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

                      That's not true.

EU, USA and NATO don't want to do tulip - whilst Turkey is on the sharp end of all this.

EU specifically should have paid Turkey a lot of money to make sure their border is airtight.
