PM chopped, (side kick chopped, already gone) new PM on site, handover planned.

Old PM keeps turning up to meetings "do this, this way, I want that report, etc." Everyone is sitting there looking at each other thinking didn't he get the memo

Another contractor who was "promoted" = (given the work of a fired contractor, along with his own) has fallen on his sword. "I have decided not to accept the extention offered"

Time to update the CV, this project is RIP.
