    Take the month option

It just collects data can anyone beat

Mine is about 6.5k, which is sad given I go to the gym, I have learnt its not very accurate, I had a Jawbone up and again it didn't always track running machine sessions

Never seen it, but when I went to add it, it asked me to type the data point in. So yes, I can beat it. 100,000.

I can easily beat that - I've got mine down to 3,800

          I've walked 251 in a day.

(OK I had sprained my ankle so wasn't allowed to walk on it for 24 hours while it blew up.)

Fairly, i used Real Russia, they do all the donkey work but you need to go down to London nr Barbican to get biometrics done.

I was gonna go for top of the range multi business visa but it was the best part of £600 so went for expedited single entry tourist £200 or so.

You need an invite as well as a visa and Real Russia sort that. Also you need to reigster when you get here and that usually costs too.

                So easy, but not cheap!

I tend to get anywhere from 7,7k to 11k steps a day. But I use the fitbit app.
You can use the fitbit app without any fitbit devices. It just keys into the health data but displays it better.
