Regs used to insist on a min of 2 doors between a bog and kitchen - wonder how they got around that
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Doesn't say it has its own toilet.

Maybe, there's two doors fitted to the shower unit

    By completely ignoring it.

You can;t put a shower cubicle next to a kitchen with sockets and light switches!
I was miserable and depressed, but CUK turned it all around. Now I'm depressed and miserable.

unless the bog is outside the room - or perhaps you're expected to pee in the shower - can't make it out for sure but there looks like a macerator unit in the shower at the back

the toilet is probably down the corridor.

The two doors was because of the toilet. Electrically there are zones round each damp source so it may be outside the relevant zone.

Personally, although not in London, I like these two.

One, a family residence for a family of 3.

One, a spacious one room apartment.

(Taken from the Rat and Mouse property blog)

It’s 73, Chester Square, and if security’s important to you, you might want to arrange a viewing, because there’s a steel bomb-proof door separating the six-storey, six-bedroom Belgravia townhouse from the street. This was Margaret Thatcher’s home, from the end of her tenure as Prime Minister in 1991 to her death in 2013. But it’s had a very modern refurbishment since (by developer Leconfield), and now features a gym, media room and bar, and has been expanded to include an entire mews at the back. Guide price? £30m.
