              The massive increase in higher education began under the Tories in 1990. They brought in loans to pay for it. At my university, the intake in 1990 was triple that of 1989.

                It's a real pity that a lot of them didn't learn a proper trade instead of David Beckham studies at Hull Polytechnic.

                    lefties believe everyone should earn in the top 5% (excluding MP's of course who should earn much more) as many n the top 5% have degrees we need more people with degrees
