Tuesday-Friday. Fridays are a doss in most organisations these days so you'd be getting one for free!

Seeing as my commute is a 600 mile round trip, Mon-Thurs as Friday is on average worse than Monday for commuting long distance in the UK
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

I had a 300 mile commute once. Mon-Thu. Used to work longer hours to get away Thursday lunchtime. Friday evening is always terrible, as is Sunday evening. Leaving home early monday worked best.

Which is a bit dim unless you want the project to fail because you didn't hit all your deliverables, personally I'll stick with the Mon-Thursday I stated earlier.

Nah, most working 'weeks' can be done in 3 days

Why is having Wednesday off not an option? If you're working locally this can be a great option.

This. Current "commute" is a 420 mile round trip. I was doing Mon-Thus with extra hours to allow for a lunch time getaway on a Thursday. Took over an hour of the travel time. Would leave home at 6:00am on Monday to get to client co for 10:00-10:30 am.

Having said that Client co have now agreed to two days a week WFH so only on site T/W/T.

                    Not me!!!!!!

I've always fancied working 4 days per week mind. 4 normal days and not long days though.

I did have a chance a few years ago but bottled it just thinking of the extra money I was chucking. Probably if a client said they'd only keep me on for 4 days I'd be happy about that because it wouldnt bug me then!

I'd have a monday off I think too. Or a wednesday maybe (assumes I am coming home every night here though).

where I work we are positively encouraged to work from home 2 days per week.

so it is normally a Wednesday and a Friday for me!
