    As Rangers seem to have done an effective pheonix and don't get to pay. Maybe the players can?

            They've known for years that they won't get a penny out of Rangers.

            That wasn't the point of the appeal.

            This is all about setting a legal precedent with EBTs, to try and nail the other schemes with.

              Yep, and it was even better to fight Rangers case because they were in dire financial position and were more likely to give up early. What the revenue did not count on was the "Gerard" effect on the judicial system, but it was good odds for them - 50/50 they would hit on Celtic supporters
