    Not really.

It's less than the level of support for Irish paramilitaries on both sides during the troubles, yet we werent running around blaming all the Irish - or all Catholics - for the IRA bombings.

Forget muslims. What percentage of people would dob their friends into the police if they knew they were going to commit a crime? I'd bet it's a lot less than 95%.
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

Sympathy for the IRA is a dubious term. As I said, sympathy with their motives is key, and this can be seen in the political solution rather than violence, with the rise in Sinn Fein as a political party.

I guess it depends on the nature of the crime.

You would like to think a high percentage for and act of terrorism.

Which is what we have here, I don't deny.

5% of 2.7 million Muslims in the UK (2011 Census) is 135,000 people who wouldn't dob someone in if they were planning a terrorist act.

          Sounds significant to me.

135,000 is the population of Oxford.

Best be afraid then. I suggest you stop taking the train lest you run into one of "them".

...and over 500,000 people (3x the population of Oxford) are supporters/followers of Britain First's teachings/hatred/lies on Facebook.

That sounds like: 1. A lot more people. 2. A lot scarier.

Do not confuse me, I am all for multiculturalism. But that does not make me blind to the real world. There are many Muslims who are sympathetic to extremist and terrorism. We are foolish to ignore it. We are foolish to not discuss it. Just because I am not a Muslim, does not mean I have not the moral right to raise the matter. I am also against Christian extremists and Zionist, and happy to discuss radicals of all backgrounds and faiths.

You put "many" when you meant "a small number of".

You don't agree with my comments so change my words. Didn't that happen in Nineteen Eighty four?
