And with that climate change agreement and most importantly air pollution issues in the BRIC countries it's not likely to.

I read somewhere that the solution is to just put all the money from Trident into aiding the country, scrap Children In Need / Red Nose Day and replace them with Trident In Need, where the government appeals to the public for donations to build nuclear weapons.
