    tch doing it all wrong

    just make sure your picture has your best beard and tulipty half shaved hair do, show a piercing or two and make sure your sleeve is showing a little bit.

    Everyone knows employers are more interested in edgy, on the edge of being on the edge type people as opposed to people who can do their jobs.....

    having said that some of the digital agencies that bother me regularly seem to actually believe this.

        Option 1 is the only one worth considering. Agencies are only interested in seeing your work history not the name of your ltd company which is there for tax purposes and a different way of working (yes you are a business but you are selling your services rather than a perm member of staff)
